SUBJECT:APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
ENERGY SALES AGREEMENT BETWEEN IDAHO POVER COMPANY
AND MOUNTAIN HOME SOLAR,LLC.;CASE NO.IPC-E-15-27
On December?,2015,Idaho Power Company (Company)submitted an Application for
approval of the First Amendment to the Firm Energy Sales Agreement (Agreement)between the
Company and Mountain Home Solar,LLC.The purpose of the Amendment is to make a change to
the project name and contracting entity identified in the Agreement.
Idaho Power explains that,subsequent to the full execution and the Commission’s approval
of the Agreement,the Company discovered that the contracting entity and project name referenced
in the Agreement,Mountain Home Solar,LLC,was not the correct name of the limited liability
company filed by the contracting entity’s signatory with the Idaho Secretary of State.The correct
name of the limited liability company on file with the Idaho Secretary of State is Mt.Home Solar 1,
LLC.
Because the Amendment does not affect the rates,terms or conditions of the Agreement.
Staff recommends approval of the Amendment without further process.
