TO CANCEL CERTIFICATE NO.463;CASE NO.DCS-T-05-O1.
On December 2,2015,Direct Communications Star West,Inc.(“Direct”)
submitted a letter to the Commission requesting the withdrawal of Certificate No.463
approved by the Commission on August21,2006.See Order No.30116.This letter also
withdraws an earlier letter requesting a transfer of the certificate to Direct
Communications Cable LLC.Staff recommends the Commission approve Direct’s
request to cancel Certificate No.463.
