REVISION TO SCHEDULE 95(95-2),CITY OF POCATELLO
BACKGROUND
On October 1,2015,Idaho Power Company submitted Tariff Advice No.15-12 to revise
Idaho Power’s Electric Service Schedule No.95,Adjustment for Municipal Franchise Fees,for the
City of Eden and the City of Pocatello.
The revision adds the City of Eden as a new municipality,which includes the ordinance
number and a franchise fee of one percent.The proposed franchise fee agreement was approved by
the City of Eden on September 14,2015 for a term of 20 years and accepted by Idaho Power on
September 22,2015.The franchise fee imposes a one percent fee from the sale of electricity within
the corporate limits of the City of Eden and remains in effect until the end of the twenty-year period
unless amended in the manner set forth by the City of Eden in Ordinance No.20 15-3.
Tariff Advice No.15-12 also updates the ordinance number for the City of Pocatello,but
does not change the existing one percent franchise fee.The proposed franchise fee agreement was
approved by the City of Pocatello on August 20,2015 for a term of 20 years and accepted by Idaho
Power on September 29,2015.The franchise fee imposes a one percent fee from the sale of
electricity within the corporate limits of the City of Pocatello and remains in effect until the end of
the twenty-year franchise agreement unless amended in the manner set forth by the City of
Pocatello in Ordinance No.2956.
Idaho Power requests an effective date of November 2,2015 for the Schedule 95 revisions.

approve the revised Schedule 95 tariff sheet with an effective date of November 2,2015.
