STAFF ANALYSIS Stall has reviewed the Company’s filed Schedule No.82 tariff and it is in comphance with the language approved in Commission Order No.33292.The compliance filing corrects for prior inconsistencies and alleviates concerns about the timing of event notification identified by Staff in Comments. The revised tariff language specifies that the event notification shall occur “on or about two hours prior”to the program event, rather than “at least”two hours before an event. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Company filed tariff be approved with an effective date of May 7,2015,to conform to Order No.33292.
