On March 16,2015,time warner idaho lIc (“Company”)filed a request to change the
name on Certificate No.377 from Time Warner of Idaho LLC to its new name,tw telecom of
idaho lIc.This name change occurred in 2008,but the certificate was not amended.The
Company updated its tariffs to reflect the new name and an Amendment of Registration of
Foreign Limited Liability Company with the new name is on file with the Idaho Secretary of
State’s office.Thus,Staff recommends that the Commission approve the name change on
Certificate 377 to tw telecom of Idaho lIc.
