NETSOLUTIONS,INC.TO MITEL CLOUD SERVICES,INC.;
CASE NO.ITN-T-09-OI.
On March 20,2015,Mitel NetSolutions,Inc.(“Mite!”or “Company”)submitted
an Application to transfer Certiflcate No.499 from its current name,Mite!NetSolutions,
Inc..to Mitel Cloud Sen’ices.Inc.SCL’Commission Order No.30995.With the
Application,Mite!included a copy of an Amended Certificate of Authority by the Idaho
Secretary of State’s Office,reflecting the new’name.Accordingly,Staff recommends
that the Commission approve the name change on Certificate No.499 to Mitel Cloud
Services,Inc.
