COMMISSION APPROVAL TO INCREASE RATES ON ITS SAFETY
LINE AND SECURITY LINE SERVICE BUNDLES;ADVICE 15-01.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On January 29,2015,Potlatch filed Advice No.15-01 requesting Commission approval
to increase its tarifl’ed rates for its Safety Line and Security Line bundles.The Company seeks
an effective date of February 28,2015.
Safety Line Service is a bundle for residential customers who have their main
telecommunication service with a wireless provider,but require a basic access line for back-up
and high speed data.The bundle includes a Residential one-party line and 1.5 Mbps high speed
data.The Company is seeking authority to increase the DSL portion of its rates as follows:
Bundle Base Rate —DSL Market A $5 1.95 increased to $53.95
Bundle Base Rate —DSL Market B $57.20 increased to $59.20
Market areas are based upon the service area of the customer location.
Security Line Service is also a bundle for residential customers who have their main
telecommunications service with a wireless provider and require a basic access line for back-up
and emergency service along with their high speed data,however this service provides I Mbps
high speed data.The Company notes that other data speeds may be available for an additional
charge.The Company is seeking authority to increase the DSL portion of its rates as follows:
Bundle Base Rate —DSL Market A $41.95 increased to S43.95
Bundle Base Rate —DSL Market B $47.20 increased to $49.20
Market areas are based upon the service area of the customer location.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed this tariff filing for the Company’s bundled service(s)and
recommends approval with an effective date of February 28,2015.
