LETTER 15-02 TO ADD RELOCATION FORWARDING SERVICE.
On February 2,2015,Potlatch Telephone Company dba TDS Telecom (“TDS”)filed
Advice Letter 15-02 requesting Commission approval to add Relocation Forwarding Service
(RFS)to its tarifE RFS is a voice-only application that allows calls,sent to a customer’s
telephone number,to automatically forward to a selected terminating premises equipment or
voice mail box.The premises equipment or voice mail box may be located in the same or in a
different exchange from the call forwarding location and is subject to availability of suitable
facilities.TDS requests an effective date of March 4,2015.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing and recommends Commission approval of Advice Letter
15-02 with an effective date of March 4,2015.
