RE:COMPLIANCE FILING -CANCEL ELECTRIC SERVICE SCHEDULES
AND REPLACE THEM WITH SCHEDULE NO.140,NON-RESIDENTIAL
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
On November 18,2014,Rocky Mountain Power filed compliance tariffs in accordance
with Order No.33178 in PAC-E-14-08.In Order No.33178,the Commission approved the
Company’s request to cancel its non-residential demand-side management electric service
schedules and authorized a new,consolidated tariff schedule.Specifically,Schedules No.115
FinAnswer Express,No.125 Energy FinAnswer,and No.155 Agricultural Energy Services have
been consolidated and modified under a new Electric Service Schedule No.140,Non-Residential
Energy Efficiency.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed tariff Schedule No.140 and believes it complies with Commission
Order No.33178.The tariff schedule is identical to those filed with the Company’s Application in
PAC-E-14-08.
COMMLSSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to accept the Company’s conforming tariff Schedule No.140,
Non-Residential Energy Efficiency effective November 13,2014?
