BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On November 19,2014,Potlatch filed Advice No.14-03 requesting Commission
approval to revise its STAR Business Bundle service by expanding the initial line offering from
1-3 to 1-7 lines.The Company notes that the initial offering is for 1-7 lines;however a customer
may add additional lines as their business needs arise.
The STAR Business Bundles are optional offerings that package services and features
together for a flat monthly rate.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed this filing and believes that the Company’s enhancement of its
optional bundled services gives customers additional choices for their business needs and
recommends approval.
