RE:POTLATCH TELEPHONE COMPANY’S ADVICE LETTER 14-02 TO
REVISE THE CONSTRUCTION CHARGES SECTION OF THE TARIFF.
On November 5,2014,Potlatch Telephone Company (“Potlatch”or “Company”)filed
Advice Letter 14-02 seeking Commission approval to revise the tariff language describing
construction charges.Potlatch states it wishes to make these revisions to meet current marketing
conditions,address new technologies,and standardize language between all TDS incumbent
local exchange carriers.The changes include moving and combining Rearrangement of
Facilities,Special Assemblies of Equipment or Speculative Projects with Section 10 of the
Construction Charges for residential basic local exchange service.Potlatch requests an effective
date of December 5,2014.
