372;CASE NO.GNR-T-99-07.
On September 22,2014 Unity Telecom,LLC tha dPi Teleconnect,LLC (“Unity
Telecom”or “Company”)submitted a letter to the Commission requesting the surrender of Unity
Telecom’s Certificate No.372,initially approved by the Commission on October 22,1999.See
Order No.28185.A subsequent email by Unity Telecom clarified that the Company also wishes
to withdraw its Idaho Local Exchange Services Tariff.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and recommends Commission approval to cancel
Certificate No.372 and to withdraw the Company’s Tariff.
