BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On January 30,2014,CenturyLink advised the Commission of its planned internal
corporate reorganization for its CLEC and lnterexchange Carrier subsidiaries.The change
included a name change from Qwest Communications Company,LLC dba CenturyLink QCC,to
CenturyLink Communications.LLC.
On August 15,2014,CenturyLink notified the Commission that the transaction was
completed and requested that the Certificate name change be granted.Specifically,the
Company’s name on Certificate No.402,issued in Case No.QCC-T-04-01 should be changed to
CenturyLink Communications,LLC.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staff has reviewed the Company’s changes and recommends approval.Does the
