AIRUS,INC.;CASE NO.IPI-T-09-01.
On April 24,2014,the Commission received a letter requesting a name change on
Certificate No.493 from Intelepeer,Inc.to its new name Airus,Inc.(“Company”).Certificate
No.493 was issued on May 21,2020 with Commission Order No.31074.The Company states
that this request is not related to any changes to the corporate organization or ownership,nor
does it affect the rates or terms and conditions under which its customers would receive service.
The Company filed a copy of the Secretary of State’s Amended Certificate of Authority and
revised tariffs with the new name.Staff recommends a change of name on Certificate No.493 to
Aims,Inc.
