Commission authorizing the cancellation of Covista’s Price List and Certificate No.415,issued
on August 6,2003.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and recommends Commission approval to cancel
Certificate No.415 along with the Company’s Price List.
