COMPLIANCE FILING -TARIFF
As part of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No.3295$,the Commission
directed Troy Hoffman Water Corporation,Inc.to submit revised tariffs in compliance with the
rates and charges identified in the Order and to revise its General Rules and Regulations.Staff
has been working with the Company to update parts of its Tariff.The Company has submitted a
new Rate Schedule 1,Recurring Charges,Rate Schedule 2,Non-Recurring Charges,and a copy
of page 6 of its General Rules and Regulations -Section 6 Billing and Payment.
In addition to the specific changes approved in the Commission’s order,there also is a
revision to Paragraph 6.5.This revision is to amend the paragraph to reflect the Company’s
policy of pro-rating the customer charge when the actual period of service provided to a
customer is for less than a full billing period.The Staff believes there is good cause for the
Commission to approve this change on less than 30 days notice per Idaho Code §6 1-307.
Staff confirms that the new tariff language and Schedule 1,Recurring Charges,Schedule
2,Non-Recurring Charges,and the General Rules and Regulations comply with Commission
Order No.3295$and the Commission’s Rules and Regulations.Staff recommends approval of
the Tariff with an effective date of January 1,2014.
