SUBJECT:COMPLEANCE FILING -REVISED TARIFF SCHEDULE 84
On December 3.2013,Idaho Power filed revisions to Schedule 84,its net metering tariff,
as directed by Order No.32925.The revisions include tariff modifications associated with the
item previously under reconsideration in Order No.32872,namely,the language addressing the
issue of applying net metering credits to offset usage at multiple meters.
STAFF REVIEW
Staff reviewed Schedule No.84 to determine whether it complies with Commission
Order No.32925.Staff worked with the Company to clarify one sentence;consequently,on
December 12,2013,the Company filed a substitute tariff sheet to reflect the change.With this
change,Staff now believes the tariffs comply with Commission Order No.32925.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Idaho Power’s compliance filing to change Schedule No.84 be
approved and be allowed to go into effect on January 1,2014.
