SUBJECT: APPLICATION OF TERRACOM INC. FOR DESIGNATION AS AN
ELIGIBLE TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIER,CASE NO. TRA-T-13-

On May 8, 2013, TerraCom, Inc. (“TerraCom” or “Company”) filed an Application,
including exhibits, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 214(e), 47 C.F.R. § 54.101 et seq., and Order No.
29841, seeking designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (“ETC”) in the State of
Idaho for the purpose of receiving federal universal service support for wireless services that will
be offered to customers on a prepaid basis.
On July 19, 2013, Commission Staff (“Staff”) submitted a host of production requests
to TerraCom in order to obtain additional relevant information regarding the Company’s
Application. The Company responded on August 9, 2013.
On November 18, 2013, TerraCom submitted a Notice of Withdrawal of its
Application. TerraCom expressed an interest in refiling its application at a later date.
COMMISSION DECISION

Application?
