COMPLIANCE FILING -TARIFF
As part of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No.32924,the Commission
directed Happy Valley Water Systems,Inc.to ‘submit new tariff sheets reflecting the change in
ownership’.Staff has been working with the Company to update its Tariff.The Company
submitted revised Rate Schedule No.I -Recurring Charges and Schedule No.2 -Non-Recurring
Charges.Staff confirms that the revised schedules comport with Commission Order No.32924.
Actual rates and charges did not change,but the new owner is now identified.
Staff will work with the Company to update the general rules and regulations part of its
Tariff and the Uniform Main Extension Rules to be consistent with the Commission’s current
rules and regulations.These revisions will be filed at a later date.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Rate Schedules with an effective date of November 12,
2013.
