As part of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No.32904,the Commission
directed Spirit Lake East Water Company to submit revised tariffs in compliance with the rates
and charges identified in this Order.Staff has been working with the Company to update parts of
its Tariff.To that end the Company has submitted new Rate Schedules and a copy of their
updated Rules and Regulations including the Uniform Main Extension Rules,all consistent with
the Commissions Model Tariff.
Staff confirms that the new language and rates of Schedule 1 -Recurring Charges,
Schedule 2 -Non-Recurring Rates,and the General Rules and Regulations for Small Water
utilities comport with Commission Order No.32904.Staff recommends approval of the Tariff,
and to become effective on November 1,2013.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the revised tariff with an effective date of
November 1,2013?
