RE:IDAHO POWER COMPANY TARIFF ADVICE NO.13-04;
MODIFICATION OF DOE SCHEDULE 30.
On October 15,2013,Idaho Power Company filed Tariff Advice No.13-04 requesting
revisions to DOE Schedule 30.As part of Case No.IPC-E-1 1-13,Schedule 30 was approved
without updating the contract number and date.In this filing Idaho Power Company seeks
approval to update the clerical oversight to ensure consistency between Schedule 30 and the
executed 2011 Agreement.The Company proposes changing the heading so it will correctly
read “Special Contract Dated September 15,2011,Contract No.GS-OOP-09-BSD-065 1.”The
proposed change does not impact the Schedule’s rates or any of the terms of the 2011
Agreement.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Staff recommends Commission approval of revised Schedule 30,with an effective
date of November 15.2013.as filed by Idaho Power Company.
