BACKGROUND
On August 23,2013,Trans National Communications International,Inc.notified the
Commission that on August 2,2013,a corporate restructuring was taking place.Trans National
Operating Company (INCI Operating Company.LLC),is acquiring all the customers and assets
of Trans National Communications International Inc.
Transnational Communications Operating Company (TNCI Operating Company.LLC)
received its Certificate on June 25,2013.(See Commission Order No.32835,Certification No.
5 15).
To complete this transaction the Company is requesting that Certificate No.438 issued to
Trans National Communications International Inc.on November 22,2004 be cancelled
