TARIFF ADVICE LETTER DATED MAY 8,2013 TO CHANGE THE
ITSAP DISCOUNT AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT,AND TO
CHANGE THE COMPANY’S NAME ON THE TARIFF TITLE PAGE.
On May 8,2013,Silver Star Communications fica Teton Telecom (“Silver Star”or
“Company”)filed a tariff advice letter seeking Commision approval to change the Idaho
Telephone Service Assistance Program discount from $3.50 to $2.50 and revise the ITSAP
eligibility requirements in compliance with Senate Bill 1013 approved during Idaho’s 2013
legislative session.The Company also proposes to update its tariff title page to correct the
Company name from Teton Telecom to Silver Star Communications ika Teton Telecom a dba of
Columbine Telephone Company,Inc.Silver Star requests an effective date ofJune 10,2013.
STAFF REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the filing for compiiance with Senate Bill 1013 and recommends
Commission approval with an effective date of June 10,1013.
