SUBJECT: INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY’S APPLICATION TO SELL LNG,
CASE NO. INT-G-13-02
On January 23, 2013, Intermountain Gas Company applied for authority to sell excess
liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) to non-utility customers. On February 1, 2013, the Commission issued
a Notice of Application and Modified Procedure that suspended the effective date to September 9,
2013, or until such time as the Commission enters an earlier Order accepting, rejecting or modifying
the Application. The Commission also set a March 18, 2013 comment deadline. See Order No.
32735.
The Company has advised Staff that it will be filing an addendum to its Application,
which will attach a standardized contract that the Company plans to use when selling LNG to
customers. As the standardized contract has not yet been finalized and filed, Staff and the Company
agree that additional time is needed for Staff to assess and comment on the Company’s Application.
Specifically, Staff and the Company have agreed that the Commission should extend the comment
deadline, with comments not being due for two weeks after the date on which the Company has filed
the addendum attaching the standardized contract.

Does the Commission wish to extend the comment deadline, and order that comments are
not due until two weeks after the date on which the Company has filed the addendum attaching the
standardized contract?
