SUBJECT: CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
Staff is recommending that the Commission enter into a contract for consultant
services with Ron Law Consulting in Meridian, Idaho. The consultant possesses specialized
knowledge and experience regarding underground facilities and the importance of damage
prevention in the “Call Before You Dig” program. Staff estimates that the total cost of the
contract would not exceed $7,500.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission agree with Staff’s recommendation to enter into a contract for
specialized consultant services?
