IPC-E-11-08 On November 10, 2011, local counsel for The Kroger Company filed a Motion, pursuant to Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule (IBCR) 227, for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice for and on behalf of Jody M. Kyler. The Motion was signed and attested to by Kroger’s local counsel, John Hammond. In the Motion, Ms. Kyler certifies that she is an active member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Ohio and that she maintains a regular practice of law as an attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Motion further declares that she is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice law in Idaho. The Motion was served by electronic mail upon other parties in this matter. The Motion further asserts that the required $200 fee has been paid to the Idaho State Bar. Both counsels certify that the above information is true to the best of their knowledge. Mr. Hammond also requests that his attendance from the technical hearing be excused. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Commission grant the Motion. COMMISSION DECISION 1.
