BACKGROUND
On October 6 , 2010, Telecom Staff was notified that Intellicall is not providing
telecommunication services in Idaho. The Company requested that its certificate be withdrawn
without prejudice. (See attached notification via e-mail)

as the Company s request to cancel CLEC Certificate No. 351, issued January 25, 2001 to Intellicall Operator Services
Inc. Intellicall does not currently offer CLEC services in the State of Idaho under this certificate and in accordance with
Idaho rules the company hereby requests the certificate to be withdrawn without prejudice.
