TO INCRESE LOCAL RESIDENTIAL RATES; ADVICE LETTER 10-01.
On April 28 , 2010, Cambridge Telephone Company, Inc. (Cambridge) filed Tariff
Advice Letter 10-0 I to increase local residential line rates in compliance with Commission Order
No. 30951 issued on December 4 2009. The residential line rates for Cambridge, Council
Cuprum, Indian Valley, and Lowman will increase from $24.10 to $25.76 effective June 1 2010.
Cambridge is an Idaho USF recipient company and submits this filing to meet the minimum
threshold rates to receive Idaho USF funding. With this filing, Cambridge enclosed a copy of the
public notice dated May I , 2010.
