BACKGROUND
On April 28, 2010, A vista Corporation submitted a tariff advice to add the City of Oldtown
to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City of Oldtown adopted Ordinance No.
2010-2 on April 12, 2010, imposing a franchise fee of 1 percent. A copy ofthe Ordinance was
submitted with the Application. The Company requested an effective date of charge of June 1
2010 for the City of Old town.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept Tariff Advice No. 58-10 for filing with an
effective date of June 1 2010.
