BACKGROUND
On April 9, 2010, the Commission received a notification to cancel Certificate No. 455
issued to Clear Voice Telecom, Inc. on October 8 , 2009 in Case No. EXT-05-01. The
Company claims that it is not offering any telecommunications services in Idaho and therefore
requests the cancellation of all tariffs and price lists as well.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and recommends approval. Does the Commission agree?
