COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Powet' or "the Company"),
pursuant to RP 56 and 202.01(d), hereby requests that the Commission allow the filing
of reply comments in this matter.
On April 1, 2009, Idaho Power Company filed an Application requesting an
Order accepting Idaho Power's expenditure of $14,657,971 in Energy Efficiency
Rider funds in 2002-2007 as prudently incurred expenses for ratemaking purposes. In
Order No. 31000 issued on February 8, 2010, the Commission issued a Notice of
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S MOTION TO REQUEST REPLY COMMENT PERIOD - 1
Application, Notice of Motion to Approve Stipulation, and Notice of Modified Procedure
setting forth a 21-day comment period. Although Order No. 31000 did not set forth a
reply comment period, Idaho Power Company believes the reply comments filed by it
and potentially other interested parties would provide the Commission with a more
complete record on the matters raised in the comments recently filed in this docket.
Consequently, Idaho Power requests that it and other interested parties be given
until Friday, March 12,2010, to file reply comments in this docket.
