RE:ALBION TELEPHONE COMPANY'S COMPLIANCE FILING TO
INCREASE RESIDENTIAL RATES; ADVICE LETTER 10-01.
On January 28, 2010, Albion Telephone Company, Inc. dba ATC (ATC) filed Tariff
Advice Letter 10-01 to increase local residential line rates in compliance with Commission
Order No. 30951 issued on December 4 2009. The residential line rate will increase from
$24.10 to $25.76. ATC is an Idaho USF recipient company and submits this filing to meet the
minimum threshold rates to receive Idaho USF funding. With this filing, A TC enclosed a copy
of the public notice that was provided to its customers in the monthly statements mailed on
January 29 2010. The Company requests an effective date of March 1 2010.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing for compliance with Order No. 30951 and recommends
approval of the filing with an effective date of March 1 , 2010.
