As part of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No. 30970, the Commission
directed Bar Circle "s" Water Company to submit revised tariffs in compliance with the rates
and charges identified in this Order. The rates and charges authorized by the Order shall become
effective for service rendered on or after January 1 2010.
Staff reviewed the tariffs submitted by the Company on January 14 2010, to ensure that
the language and rates reflect Commission directives as stated in Order No. 30970. The tariffs
include rate schedules for Metered Water Rates, Commercial Fire Protection Service, Non-
Recurring Charges and New Customer Connection Charges. See attachments. Staff confirms
that the language and rates comport with Commission Order 30970. Staff recommends approval
of the tariffs.

NON RECURRING CHARGES
Applicable:To all customers bills.
Reconnection Charges: A reconnection charge will be assessed to any customer who has
been involuntarily disconnected in compliance with the Idaho Public Utilities Commision
Uniform Customer Relations Rules (UCRR). Charges do not apply to customers
who have been involuntarily disconnected for the convenience of the Company.

Service call charges will be waived if the service call results in repair
to Company s equipment through no fault of the customer.
