OF HOLLISTER FRANCHISE FEE
BACKGROUND
On September 24 2009, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City of
Hollister to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City of Hollister adopted
Ordinance No. 2-2009 on April 14, 2009, imposing a franchise fee of 1 percent. A copy of the
Ordinance was submitted with the Application. The Company requested an effective date of charge
of October 28, 2009 for the City of Hollister.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept Tariff Advice No. 09-10 for filing with an
effective date of October 24 2009.
