BACKGROUND
On May 22 2009, the Commission received a notification to cancel Certificate No. 336
issued to 1-800-Reconex., dba U.S. Tel on January 8, 1998 and amended June 25, 2003. In its
letter, Counsel for the Company states that

Reconex has ceased normal operations and will
completely cease doing business, having no remaining employees no later than May 31 , 2009"
