RE:WITHDRAWAL OF CERTIFICATE NO. 410 ISSUED TO TEL WEST
COMMUNICATIONS, LLC; CASE NO. GNR-01-18.
On April 22, 2009, the Commission received a letter from Tel West Communications
LLC (Tel West), requesting withdrawal of its Certificate No. 410 issued by the Commission on
April I?, 2003, in Order No. 29221. Tel West states it has no current customers in Idaho and has
discontinued service with no future plans to provide service within the state.
Tel West further requests that any existing price sheet or tariff on file at the Commission
should be pulled from public access.
