VERIZON'S WITHDRAWAL OF COMPLAINT
On July 2, 2008 , the Commission received written notice from Verizon Northwest
Inc. that it is withdrawing its complaint in this case. Pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure
, the Notice of Withdrawal is effective 14 days after filing, in this case, Verizon s Notice was
effective July 16 2008.
Because Verizon has withdrawn its complaint, Staff recommends the Commission
issue a Minute Order closing this case.
