RE:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF
SPENCER FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 08-04.
On July 2, 2008, Rocky Mountain Power (Rocky Mountain) submitted a Tariff Advice to
add the City of Spencer to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City adopted
Idaho Ordinance No. 20-08-01 on June 20, 2008, imposing a franchise fee of2%. A copy of the
Ordinance was submitted with the Application. Rocky Mountain will provide an explanation of
the line item charge in the August bills with a detailed bill message. The Company requests an
effective date of August 1 2008.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accepts Tariff Advice No. 08-04 for filing with
an effective date of August 1 , 2008.
