RE:CO MPLIAN CE FILING TO AMEND SCHEDULE 72 TARIFF
LANGUAGE; CASE NO. IPC-08-05.
On July 10, 2008, Idaho Power filed tariff revisions as required by Commission Order
No. 30574 issued in Case No. IPC-08-05. The tariff being revised is Schedule 72
Interconnections to Non-Utility Generation. The revisions include new language describing the
generator interconnection process, the deposit requirements for various required interconnection
studies, and the security requirements for payment of interconnection costs. Staff has reviewed
the filed tariff and believes it is in compliance with the previously cited Order.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of the filed tariff with an effective date of July
2008.
