CHANGE AND ADDITION OF SCHEDULES TO LIGHTING SERVICES.
On March 14 2008, Avista Corporation filed a tariff advice with the Commission for the
purpose of making general housekeeping changes to the tariff as suggested by the Commission
Staff. In this filing, the Company makes a minor text change and adds individual tariff schedules
associated with customer- or company-owned Street Lighting and Area Lighting Services.
