RE:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER TARIFF ADVICE NO. 08-02; REPLACING
THE WORD "CONSUMER" WITH THE WORD "CUSTOMER"
On January 15 2008, Rocky Mountain Power submitted Tariff Advice No. 08-
revising Schedules 11 and 12 of the Company s Tariff No. 1. These Schedules define terms for
street lighting service provided by the Company.
The proposed change is a housekeeping measure, replacing all references to "Consumer
with the term "Customer . Customer is the correct term for use in Idaho, as defined in the
Company s Rules.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of Rocky Mountain Power s Tariff Advice No 08-02.
