On October 8, 2007, Idaho Power submitted Tariff Advice 07-06, modifying Rule H.
Shortly after this, Staff initiated discussions with the Company regarding additional revisions to
Rule H, and those discussions are still in progress. The Company notified Staff that it would not
be able to respond to its latest request for information until mid-November.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission suspend this tariff advice until November 19, 2007.
