RE:MORNING VIEW WATER COMPANY GENERAL RATE CASE
CASE NO. MNV-06-
On December 8 2006 Nolan Gneiting, president of Morning View Water Company, Inc.
(Morning View; Company) filed a letter with the Commission requesting a 40% increase in
rates.
On August 30 2007 the Commission approved an annual revenue requirement for
Morning View of $41 436 and a uniform percentage increase in commodity rates (Order No.
30420). In the order the Commission also approved continuation of a $5 per month customer
surcharge to continue funding of a contingency reserve account.
Morning View has submitted tariffs in response to that Order, which are attached and
include:

Schedule No., Miscellaneous Charges
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff finds that the tariffs submitted are in compliance with Commission Order No. 30420
and recommends that they be approved as submitted.
