RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF NOTUS
FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 07-
On July 11 , 2007, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City of
Notus to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City imposed a franchise fee
of one percent (1 %) by Ordinance No. 259. The Company submitted a copy of the City of Notus
Ordinance with its Application. The Company indicated that it would provide a bill message to
affected customers in the billing prior to the fee becoming effective. The Company requested an
effective date of August 11 , 2007.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Commission accept this Tariff Advice for filing.
