IDAHO POWER'S WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM,
CASE NO. IPC-07-
In Final Order No. 30350 the Commission directed Idaho Power to file a tariff devoted to
low-income weatherization. The Commission directed the Company to develop a weatherization
tariff that addresses the major elements of the program including general eligibility, allowable
energy conservation measures and program structure.
On July 6 2007, in accordance with that order the Company has filed Schedule 79 -
Weatherization Assistance For Qualified Customers that is a description of the Company s low-
income weatherization program.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffhas reviewed the document and finds that it fulfills the requirements of the order in
providing an adequate program description. Staff therefore recommends approval of Schedule 79 -
Weatherization Assistance For Qualified Customers.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission approve Schedule 79 as filed on July 6, 2007?
