SUBJECT:STONE RIDGE WATER COMPANY'S COMPLIANCE FILING - CASE
NO. SWS-06-01.
Stoneridge Water Company submitted tariff sheets in accordance with Commission
Order No. 30342.Staff has reviewed the filing and finds it to be consistent with the
Commission s Order in this case. Staff recommended a number of spelling and/or grammatical
non-substantive changes to the tariff sheets to the Company, and as of noon on July 6, 2007 , has
yet to receive the corrected copies back from the Company. However, assuming that the
Company forwards corrected tariff sheets consistent with Staff s prior review, Staff recommends
the Commission approve the tariff filing.
