RE:ACIFICORP TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF SHELLEY
FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE 07-
On May 11 , 2007, PacifiCorp (d.a. Rocky Mountain Power) submitted a tariff advice to
add the City of Shelley to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee on Schedule 300.
The City imposed a franchise fee of three percent (3%) by Ordinance No. 375 in 1995 , and the
Company has been collecting this fee since that time. However, due to missing paperwork
Shelley was not added to the list of cities when the Company updated Schedule 300. This
application seeks to address that oversight. The Company submitted a copy of the City of
Shelley Ordinance No. 375 with its application. The Company requested an effective date of
June 11 2007.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this tariff advice for filing.
