RE:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER TARIFF ADVICE ELIMINATING
OUTDATED ELEMENTS OF SCHEDULE 94. TARIFF ADVICE 07-
On AprilS, 2007, Rocky Mountain Power submitted a tariff advice to remove elements
of Schedule 94 that were no longer applicable and make the schedule simpler and easier to
understand. The Company requested an effective date of May 7 2007.
BACKGROUND
In Case No. P AC- E-02-, the Commission approved a Stipulation between the parties
that included Schedule 94, a "Rate Mitigation Adjustment" designed to phase in the impact of
the power cost adjustment also included in that Stipulation, over a two year period. Schedule 94
included an adjustment factor for each class of customer to be used in the first year after the
effective date of the tariff, an adjustment factor for the second year, and a final adjustment factor
to be used for all subsequent years. The final adjustment factor is now in effect, and the earlier
factors are no longer relevant. This filing merely removes all references to the earlier factors
leaving the final adjustment factors, making the Schedule much simpler and easier to understand.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve this Tariff Advice.
