ADVICE 07-01 SEEKING APPROVAL TO REMOVE A FOOTNOTE
THAT REFERENCES THE TELECOMMUNICATION RELAY
SERVICES (TRS) AND REPLACE A FOOTNOTE THAT WAS
PREVIOUSLY DELETED THAT REFERENCES TRUNK HUNTING.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On April 6, 2007, CenturyTel of the Gem State, Inc. ("CenturyTel") filed a revision to
amend its tariff. The Company requests Commission approval to update its tariff to reflect the
elimination of a footnote that references the Telecommunication Relay Services (TRS) and
replace a footnote that was previously deleted that references Trunk Hunting.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
In its review, Staff did not find any revenue impact for customers and recommends
approval of this housekeeping measure by the Company. Does the Commission agree?
