RE:MATRIX TELECOM, INC., REQUESTING THAT ITS CERTIFICATE NO. 468
BE REVISED TO REFLECT ITS NEW COMPANY NAME WITH ITS
AFFILIATES. CASE NO. MAT-07-01.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On September 26, 2008, Matrix Telecom, Inc. filed a letter requesting that its Certificate No.
468 be revised to include its new business acquisitions. The Company was issued Certificate No. 468
on May 8, 2007 in Case No. MAT-07-01. Matrix has since acquired two new business entities and
asks that its certificate to reflect its new name as follows:
Matrix Telecom, Inc., d/b/a Matrix Business Technologies; d/b/a Trinsic Communications.
The Company also filed replacement price lists that reflect the new organization s name.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staff has reviewed the Company s changes and finds that these changes will be seamless to the
Customers and recommends approval.
